At Scott Travel Group we have a wealth of experience with organizing Conferences, Seminars, Workshops and Group Bookings. We provide a full and personalized service for any event.
Most recent among our conference packages was the Amadeus Forum hosted in a respected Nairobi Hotel with delegates attending from across Europe and Africa. This conference package included Meet & Greet services, Airport Transfers, Hotel Accommodation, Conference arrangements within the hotel, dinner events with Masai dancers, and specialized daytime excursions to nearby hotspots including the Giraffe Centre and the David Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary.
In addition to the Conference itself, we will arrange all airport transfers for the visiting delegates and ensure that visitors to the event feel at home. Delegates are welcome to arrange any pre or post conference excursions or tours with us on a group or individual basis. We work in close collaboration with the conference organizers, including holding several key meetings beforehand to ensure we maintain the right balance of conference activities and leisure time.
We can also arrange Conferences, Seminars and Group bookings outside of main cities. Our Managing Director has had the privilege of personally arranging Conferences and Seminars in Game Reserves, including Balloon Safaris across the Masai Mara Plains as part of the package, complete with champagne breakfast for the very appreciative delegates!
Seminars for Travel and Tourism industry professionals (on IT/internet based tours products and services) held across East Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nairobi and the Kenya coast. Our "delegate packages" included flights to chosen locations, local reservations and pre/post seminar trips, tours and excursions as required.
60 Delegates came from across Europe and Africa. The full conference package was provided (including accomodation, transfers and help desk) plus special themed dinner evenings and excursions to the Giraffe Centre, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (to see the Elephants) and the Karen Blixen Museum and Coffee Garden.
Arranged on behalf of Sogeron SA Luxembourg/France, this 3 day Pro-Invest Workshop held in Nairobi included the arrangement of flights for the visiting delegates, hotel accomodation, airport transfers, and support to delegates throughout the event.
A Pro-Invest training seminar for Ethiopian, Ugandan and Kenyan delegates. Scott Travel Group organized the hotel accommodation, transfers and a full conference package for the group.
We provided full support to delegates during this Nairobi based 500 person COMESA Conference. The nature of support provided included airport transfers for over 150 visiting delegates, hotel accommodation for those delegates that required our support with accommodation, assistance to the organizers with payment of per diems, as well as general support and transportation to the delegates throughout the conference.
